Turkey Burgers (C1)

Turkey Burger & Asparagus Fries

20 oz package of ground turkey, lean
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese (fat free if you can find it)
1 tsp onion powder
1 egg or 1/4 cup eggbeaters
1/4 tsp nutmeg, parsley, sage, thyme (or poultry seasoning to replace the parsley/sage/thyme)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients together.

Take 1/2 tsp of the mixture and cook it in a skillet and tweak it further according to your personal tastes, then make burgers out of the rest of the mixture and cook in the skillet.
